Getting Started
From the start, we build relationships with our clients so that you’re an active part of your new website’s creation. And to do that, we’ll begin with the Discovery Phase. It’s in our initial meeting that we’ll find out more about your brand, the ideal customer you’d like to reach, as well as your goals for the new site. With those three keys in hand, we’ll begin to formulate a plan that incorporates your ideas and the technologies needed to achieve success with your site.
From there we’ll move on to the initial Design Phase of your site. It’s at this time we’ll begin to build a site that not only works well with the technology we’ll be using to run your site, but also clearly and quickly conveys your brand and services to your clients. Working with our business partners we can even offer more extensive design and copy writing services if you require them.
Finally, we begin building your functional site in the Construction Phase. It’s here when the site really begins to take shape and you can watch and participate in the progress as it happens through a dedicated “sandbox” we build just for you to use as your site is developed.

When the site is complete and you’re happy with the results — and we hope you will be! — it’s time to present your site to the world.
If you’ve never had a site for your business before, we’ll work with you to ensure you’re set up with the correct services needed for your success.
For existing sites, we’ll help ensure your services are set up as they should be, and then we’ll take extra care to keep any downtime of your site to a minimum, and we do that by working during off hours to assure everything will be running as it should be when your clients come calling the next day.
